The Band is an ultra thin, portable, heated band that alleviates cramp pain caused by periods. 

The Band uses pouches with natural ingredients (ie Hot Stuff) to create heat, which is then amplified in the fabric band. The heat helps relax your abdomen and relieves your horrible cramp pain. 

The Band is special for many reasons:

• Heat + Pressure. The combination of heat and just the right amount of pressure combats horrible cramp pain.
  The pressure allows the heat to be even more effective. 
• Thin undergarment feeling. Feels like just a pair of comfy underwear!
  
• Customizable. There are pockets all the way around The Band so you can decide
  where you want your heat to go.
  
• No stickiness. Many other solutions require you to stick adhesive patches to your underwear, or even your skin. Heat + skin usually = sweaty stickiness. Gross. That's not us. 
• Can't see it under clothing. Really! We've worn biker shorts, leggings, skinny jeans, flare jeans, cocktail dresses, pencil skirts, ugly suits, and (lots of) sweatpants just to prove our point--it really is that thin. 
• Truly Portable. No bulky battery packs, no charging, heating up that weird rice thing in the microwave,
  or being plugged into an outlet next to the wall for hours on end. 

You  simply remove the Hot Stuff from the wrapper, remove the paper backing and insert into the pockets of The Band where heat is desired. (There are 3 front and back pockets.) Wear clothes over The Band as normal. Go about your day and let the sweet, sweet heat caress your uterus. In a totally not weird way.

Don't worry! Here are some tips and tricks:

• Warmers can take up to 20+ minutes to heat, so if they aren't heating up immediately,
  don't worry! They take time. 
• Make sure you put the warmers into The Band pockets immediately after opening.
  This encloses the heat and amplifies it. 
• The thicker the next layer over your Band is, the warmer it will be.
• The Band will be warmer if you fill more pockets versus less pockets. 
• The adhesive portion of the warmers are the hottest side. 
• When putting the warmers in, make sure the adhesive is facing your skin to ensure maximum heat.
